Step 1: Write a Note
Include a handwritten note with the following:
Phone model
Fault description
Your shop name + the WhatsApp name you contacted us with
Step 2: Notify Us
Take a photo of the note and send it via WhatsApp
Share the phone’s screen lock password (for testing purposes — do NOT write it on paper for security)
Package the logic board along with all necessary components (screen, battery, charge port, etc.)
Step 3: Once We Receive Your Package
We will create a Job Ticket Number and send it to you for tracking
Begin repair or contact you if needed
Once completed, we ship it back with a tracking number
