How long do you need my phone for?
We usually need 40 minutes, up to 3 hours, to inspect and test your device, depending on how busy we are that day.
What types of payment methods do you offer?
We currently only offer bank transfer.
How long will it take for me to receive the money?
1. Transfers within the same bank: These are typically instant, completing within a few minutes.
2. Transfers between different banks: Usually take about one business day. Transfers made in the morning or midday on a business day may arrive the same day, while transfers done in the afternoon or outside business hours will generally arrive the next business day.
What kind of devices would you buy?
We currently buy a variety of phones and tablets. In general, we only purchase items of good quality, as we need to be responsible to our customers for resale.For some older models or phones in very poor condition, we may not be able to offer cash.
Do you take phones that are blocked, stolen, or counterfeit?
We do not accept stolen or counterfeit phones. As mandated by law, any phones found to be blocked or stolen will be reported to the New Zealand Police.
